Je vous suppose aussi indignés que moi par les propos du président de la République qui fait preuve d’un exceptionnel sens de la justice – aussi bien moral que politique ou historique – à l’égard du grand homme que fut le héros de Verdun . Il faut rendre à César…..bien sûr ; le choix de homme de 1940 et la suite des décisions prises: simple avatar, erreur -non pas de jeunesse mais de vieillesse – simple mauvais choix dans une si belle carrière ! Quel dommage pour les victimes de ses choix malheureux ! c’est vraiment pas de chance ! La vie tient à peu de chose tout de même ! l’horreur et la honte aussi ! On nage dans les eaux croupies d’un révisionnisme masqué qui se dissimule derrière un pseudo discours qui se dit nuancé dans un souci de justice…. Justice ou déresponsabilisation, voire réhabilitation ? C’est une honte. Je suis bouleversée en pensant aux horreurs que les gens ont subies « grâce à lui » (car il ne faut plus dire « à cause » ce serait désobligeant eu égard à son passé .) Les lois anti- juives et la déportation des enfants, les exactions de sa milice, la chasse à la Résistance avec tous ses méfaits inqualifiables… Tout ça est donc devenu négligeable au regard des mérites du vainqueur de Verdun ? Et d’ailleurs parlons-en du vainqueur de Verdun : celui qui n’a pas hésité à y sacrifier plusieurs centaines de milliers d’hommes – il est vrai que la victoire appartient aux généraux et à la guerre on ne compte pas….! Les hommes, eux, ne sont plus là pour donner leur avis ! Et quand, encore vivants, ils ont osé le donner comme ils l’ont fait un peu plus tard au Chemin des Dames,(le hasard sans doute?) on leur envoie le héros pour les mater – oh, ne soyons pas injustes, avec aussi un peu de vin pour les détendre et un meilleur « rata ». Que les descendants de tous les « indignes soldats, citoyens désobéissants » – mutins avérés, fusillés pour l’exemple, punis de tous ordres – se mettent bien dans la tête qu’ils l’ont bien mérité: l’héroïsme ça se mérite ! Il faut « faire don de sa personne à la France » (sic) pour avoir droit aux honneurs de la postérité.
Or, plus tard, certes par hasard, quelques uns de ces descendants ont su faire le bon choix – pas celui du Maréchal – en devenant Résistants, nombre d’entre eux ont fait ce don, concrètement eux . Ne les qualifient-on pas de héros eux aussi ? Alors les Héros, c’est qui? C’est eux ou c’est lui ? Ah! c’est les deux !!! Alors, que dire » aux enfants de nos écoles? »(selon la formule consacrée). Faut-il en faire de « bons citoyens » ou de « bons français » ?
Je me souviens du résistant Raymond Aubrac qui disait avec une grande humilité aux élèves : « les héros ce sont ceux qui sont morts « .
Décidément, la pensée de l’extrême droite ne survit pas que chez les Le Pen et nos jeunes gouvernants sont bien vieux !
