Sujet : La répression des Tsiganes pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Interventions de Monique Heddebaut, historienne, puis de Kkriss Mirror, dessinateur.

Monique Heddebaut nous fait un exposé très pédagogique, instructif et très poignant du Convoi Z, qu’elle présente dans
son livre « Des Tsiganes vers Auschwitz – le convoi Z du 15 janvier 1944 » (éditions Tirésias).Elle intervient dans le Nord
Pas de Calais et la Belgique.

L’appellation « Tsigane » est complexe. Arrivés dès le X° siècle du nord est de l’Inde, ils migrent dans tous les pays d’Europe.
Petit à petit, ils s’agrègent aux autochtones. Leur point commun serait que ce sont des populations nomades.
Dès la fin du XIX° siècle, début du XX°, les états ont la volonté de maîtriser les mouvements des populations et de les
contrôler. Les premières mesures touchent les hors-la-loi et les nomades ( loi de 1912). Les techniques en développement
chez la police (dactyloscopie, photographie) permettent la réalisation des premiers Carnets Anthropométriques. Les nomades
forment des populations itinérantes ; ils sont considérés comme vagabonds à caractère ethnique, identifiés par leur langue et
leur mode de voyage.

    between SLOT-VALUE and an accessor function: low-level code that provides
    the basic functionality of a class may use SLOT-VALUE or WITH-SLOTS
    to directly manipulate slots in ways not supported by
    accessor functions or to explicitly avoid the effects of auxiliary methods that may have been defined on the accessor functions.
    WITH-SLOTS provides direct access to the slots, as if by SLOT-VALUE, while WITH-ACCESSORS provides a shorthand for
    accessor methods. The form of WITH-ACCESSORS is the same as WITH-SLOTS except each element of the slot list is
    a two-item list containing a variable name and the name of an accessor function. However, :class slots are accessed the same
    as :instance slots–they’re accessed with SLOT-VALUE or an accessor function, which means you can access the slot value only through an instance of the class even though it isn’t actually stored
    in the instance.
